Public Policy Advocacy Specialist

The Job
Responsibility:

• The Public Policy Analyst will be responsible for identifying public policy areas impacting on people management and proactively develop policy positions.
• The Analyst will be expected to champion such policy positions and create a follow-up strategy to influence public policy outcomes.

The Person
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Arts, Business Management/Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 5 years post-graduation experience on a similar role in a reputable organization
• Knowledge of relevant regulations, HR value chain and HR best practices
• Excellent relationship management and planning skills
