The Joint Universities Preliminary Examinations Board (JUPEB) is an independent examinations body that provides and conducts qualitative examinations for candidates seeking Direct Entry admissions into tertiary institutions.
Senior Administrative/HR Officer
Responsibilities
- The Senior Administrative/HR Officer will coordinate and supervise administrative duties in the Organisation
- General administrative functions of the organisation
- Human relations Management e.g., orientation and training of employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment and developing personal growth opportunities.
- Communication of job expectations; planning, monitoring and apprising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining employees as well as initiating, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures
- Identification of needs of all departments within the organisation, managing supplies and establishing policies, procedures and work schedules.
Requirements
Qualification:
- A first degree from a recognised institution with a minimum of Second Class Lower Division. Possession of a Masters/Ph.D degree will be an advantage.
Experience:
- Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years post-NYSC working experience with at least 3 years in a similar role as an administrator
